Working with Mike to sell my property was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From helping me think through the timing and market strategy, to coordinating with the HOA, my tenant, and other parties, Mike was incredibly thorough, proactive, and detail-oriented at every step. He did an outstanding job staging and marketing the property, generating strong interest that resulted in multiple offers and ultimately a sale over asking price — a record sale for the homeowners association. Even more importantly, he negotiated a particularly strong offer with no inspection contingency and no appraisal risk, giving me tremendous confidence and certainty throughout the transaction. Because I was living in a different state and managing the sale from far away, Mike's communication and responsiveness were especially valuable; I always felt that I knew what was happening and that every detail was being handled. He was there every step of the way, from the initial planning and marketing through contract, due diligence, handling correspondence with my attorney, paperwork, logistics, and closing. I'm genuinely grateful for Mike's hard work, diligence, and professionalism, and I couldn't be happier with both the outcome and the experience. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and exceptionally committed real estate professional.

While we're excited everything is wrapping up, we're also disappointed we'll no longer be able to have our meetings and conversations with Michael. It's been a very long journey since we first met to discuss the house. Not to be cliche, but it feels like he's been part of the family. He was super supportive, understanding, and patient. We couldn't imagine this process without him.

Having Mike as our Realtor made an overwhelming process feel so much more manageable. Mike was consistently kind, present and a steady anchor through the whole process. He provided step by step guidance and reassurance while also providing insight and knowledge. Mike is also closely connected in the area which was helpful in providing referrals to any resources we needed. We wholeheartedly recommend having Mike as your Realtor!

Pawler was consistent and persistent in her attempts to help us find a residence in Southern RI. She is knowledgeable and diligent and we recommend her highly!

Working with Joe was a dream come true. My partner and I were first time home buyers and Joe walked us through every step of the process. He connected us with a lender, a lawyer, a home inspector, and more. He is very knowledgeable about homes and the Providence area. Joe is so responsive and checked in on us regularly throughout the process. We could not have asked for a more caring and enthusiastic realtor. He came recommended to us and I would recommend him to anyone trying to buy a house in the area.

Joe Roch was fantastic to work with as a first-time homebuyer in Providence. He was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, always available to answer questions and never left me waiting on an update. Beyond that, he was proactive, flagging listings before they hit my radar and staying a step ahead at every stage of the search. His knowledge of the local Providence market was a huge asset. He knew the neighborhoods, pricing trends, and what to look for in a home, which made a big difference for someone navigating the process for the first time. He took the time to explain each step clearly and made sure I felt confident with every decision. If you're a first-time buyer looking for a realtor who is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right home, I'd highly recommend Joe!

Level headed and eyes on the goal. Kaela is extremely knowledgeable and driven to get the result any buyer or seller could want. A realtor that listens to your reasons why and executes is hard to find. We are so grateful for all the hard work she put forth getting us to our goal.

Lauri was our guiding light during our home buying process! We could not have done it without her. She was endlessly patient through our questions as first time home buyers and very knowledgable. We are so grateful for Lauri!!! If we ever sell or buy again we won't hesitate to reach back out to her!!

Nancy is an excellent agent! She staged our property and had several offers on the first weekend of open houses. She guided us through to closing with her skill and kindness.
