I had an outstanding experience working with Lisa as a first-time seller. Right away, I knew that she would be a strong advocate and a diligent representative. Her wealth of knowledge, adaptiveness, and responsiveness helped me stay confident even as the sale became complicated. Lisa is a consummate professional and a genuine pleasure to work with– I can't recommend her strongly enough.
Lisa was incredible to work with. Not only did she help my family and I find the perfect place in Providence, she also showed us around the city and took us out to brunch when we visited. We would highly recommend Lisa to anyone!
Lisa was so prepared and understood the surrounding market, other listings in the area, and provided valuable insight and recommendations about how to properly prepare our property before its entrance into the market. She identified potential problems and more importantly provided realistic ways to remedy them. When it came to showing the property, she brought fresh marketing ideas that cultivated immediate results. We had an above ask offer in less than 24 hours. She advised us to wait the weekend to allow for additional offers and again she knew what to expect. We had six offers to compare and decide on. I can’t recommend Lisa enough to anyone who is ready to buy or sell.
I had a wonderful experience working with Lisa. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. She is reliable, communicative, and all around on point. I also deeply value her expertise and her willingness to share her knowledge. She made sure to thoroughly explain everything to me, every step of the way, ensuring I was well informed and felt confident in my decisions. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and is committed to helping them find the right home.
It was a blessing we were led to Lisa as the real agent to help us find a home for our extended families, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, she was extremely professional, providing us with a clear rundown of what to expect. She took the time to truly understand our needs and what we were looking for in regard to the home. What we appreciated in her so much was that even though she left all decisions to us in picking and choosing a house, she was never shy about offering her expert opinion on the homes we toured. This helped us avoid making hasty, emotional decisions that could have led to costly repairs down the road but also a home our hearts did not truly love. She was incredibly consistent in her efforts, traveling all over Rhode Island to help us find the perfect home for our extended familes. Her dedication paid off when she eventually led us to a beautiful property with much much more space than we could ever imagine. It is beautiful, spacious, clean, neat, with a beautiful backyard, ample parking space, and in a nice neighborhood. We are so grateful that we were led to work with Lisa. She has become more than just our real estate agent; she’s a friend who genuinely cares about helping us and our extended families on this journey. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this process. Thanks to her guidance, we not only saved money but also found a home that exceeded our expectations.Thank you Lisa. You're in our hearts 💕Erla
Lisa was a great sailor in guiding us on our journey of purchasing a second home. She was very honest not trying to make a quick transaction for the commission. She was upfront about any properties that we saw by giving her honest opinions. I will always go to Lisa for any future endeavors to increase my real estate portfolio.Thank you, Lisa, for your kindness and service.Joseph
I had a wonderful experience as a first-time home buyer with Lisa! She is incredibly knowledgeable, addressing all my concerns during open houses and teaching me how to assess homes on my own. Her communication was always prompt and clear, guiding me through each step of the process. I learned so much from her and felt supported throughout this whole process. Highly recommend working with Lisa!
Lisa is my go-to realtor. She is thorough and knowledgeable and made the process of selling my home care-free and guided me every step of the way, including what we needed to focus on to get the house prepared for listing. She took care of getting the home professionally photographed, optimally priced and was communicative at all stages. She was quick to get an open house to happen and we had our buyers offer at full price over the weekend. I have dealt with other realtors, and they do not compare. If you want a great experience, hire her!
Lisa was incredibly helpful throughout our home buying process. We were living in Hong Kong and bought our home remotely, and Lisa made it all possible. She did dozens of tours on our behalf and took the time to record detailed videos for us. Without her, there’s no way we could have managed this purchase from another continent. Lisa is hardworking, always quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. As first-time homebuyers, she also guided us through preparing various documents and gave us all the background information we needed before and after the deal. Overall, working with Lisa was a fantastic experience. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
