I would recommend Wanda to anyone buying a house. She listened to us and used her experience and knowledge of the area to find us the best house for our situation and budget and made us feel like we were her most important clients. We would gladly work with Wanda again.

Wanda Mattingly is the best realtor I could have asked for. As a first time home buyer, she helped me navigate everything beautifully and really knows her stuff. Many realtors are only familiar with a specific area of the market but Wanda knows about so much of the triangle area! She is incredibly responsive and really cares about finding her clients the perfect home. She goes above and beyond to make the experience as painless and pleasant as possible. Thanks Wanda!

I used Wanda for buying my current home (10 years ago) and selling my brother's home this year. I feel she acted in my best interest during both transactions. In my buying experience she was extremely patient with me. She spent an extremely long time guiding me to what I feel now was the "right house". In the end, I think she knew what I wanted better than I did. She asked a million questions. In selling my brother's house, she knew all the right people, and what needed to be done, to make my brother's house presentable for sale. She is so, so, valuable in this respect. I would use Wanda again, if she's still available, by then.

Wanda is amazing. Takes time to tour any property you are interetested in. Does a quick analysis to make decisions easier. She is extremely aware of what is happening in the market (upcoming projects (road, housing, etc)) that may impact the area you are looking at. She was always available 24/7. Went above and beyond to answer any and every question we had. Absolutely amazing agent!

Ok

Wanda went above and beyond to help make our moving experience as stress free as possible. She understood our needs and wants and helped every step of the way through our process. Thanks you Wanda for all you did. We truly appreciate you!

Wanda is one of the most experienced and genuine Realtors in the market. Thank you for being so generous with your time, help and advice. You are awesome!

Wanda the Wonderful! This woman helped us (help is a weak word in this case) sell our residential property while we are 350 miles away. Our property was in poor shape and we needed to renovate inside and out, and renovate the grounds. I thought this was going to be mission impossible for me. Wanda stepped in and became me, there. I cannot begin to explain how instrumental she was in coordinating, directing, and watching the work being done. She was in constant daily contact with me for the entire renovation and sale. All decisions were mine, but through her. Wanda's effort was way beyond what I would expect a realtor to do for me, especially considering the selling price of the property was just over $100K. I often wondered why would someone expend so much effort for so little reward, but Wanda frequently told me how much she enjoyed seeing the home come back to life and working with the contractors, and I realize her rewards, in her life, go beyond the monetary. Wanda is a very special person, and I am thankful to just know her... To experience her... She instills your trust in people. There is so much I haven't said, but if you have any concerns on the validity of this testimonial email me at RobWilson57 at gmail dot com and I will give you my phone number and we can talk. Thanks, Wanda Mattingly!

Wanda was patient and diligent with meeting our needs.

Wanda was great! She was very helpful at every point in the process. I can't say enough about how great it was working with Wanda. She is a true professional yet at the same time she is personable and very friendly. I would recommend her to anyone I knew who was "in the market" to sell or buy
