Wanda the Wonderful! This woman helped us (help is a weak word in this case) sell our residential property while we are 350 miles away. Our property was in poor shape and we needed to renovate inside and out, and renovate the grounds. I thought this was going to be mission impossible for me. Wanda stepped in and became me, there. I cannot begin to explain how instrumental she was in coordinating, directing, and watching the work being done. She was in constant daily contact with me for the entire renovation and sale. All decisions were mine, but through her. Wanda's effort was way beyond what I would expect a realtor to do for me, especially considering the selling price of the property was just over $100K. I often wondered why would someone expend so much effort for so little reward, but Wanda frequently told me how much she enjoyed seeing the home come back to life and working with the contractors, and I realize her rewards, in her life, go beyond the monetary. Wanda is a very special person, and I am thankful to just know her... To experience her... She instills your trust in people. There is so much I haven't said, but if you have any concerns on the validity of this testimonial email me at RobWilson57 at gmail dot com and I will give you my phone number and we can talk. Thanks, Wanda Mattingly!
