I used Wanda for buying my current home (10 years ago) and selling my brother's home this year. I feel she acted in my best interest during both transactions. In my buying experience she was extremely patient with me. She spent an extremely long time guiding me to what I feel now was the "right house". In the end, I think she knew what I wanted better than I did. She asked a million questions. In selling my brother's house, she knew all the right people, and what needed to be done, to make my brother's house presentable for sale. She is so, so, valuable in this respect. I would use Wanda again, if she's still available, by then.
