Superb! Sylvia was with us every step of the way, making the sale of our home a stress free experience. And she got us top dollar, which is always a plus! Her photographer was EXCELLENT. All around wonderful experience! Highly, whole heartedly, recommended.

Great service... wonderful to work with...warm, charming, knowledgeable, couldn't ask for more...fully understand why she is so highly rated...I have recommended her to our friends!

Sylvia was great. My house was not an easy sell and Sylvia got it done for a great price.I would recommend her. She's a real professional and easy to work with

Sylvia has done 3 buying and 3 selling transactions for us while we have lived in Charlotte - and we could not have worked with a better agent! Most recently, we sold our house in order to make an international move. Concerned with the recent slow market movement this spring due to global issues, somehow Sylvia managed to sell our home within 3 days and above asking (and appraisal) price, which was a significant part of making our international move a success. Without question, Sylvia is the best realtor in Charlotte!

Sylvia was referred to us by a colleague, and we are so grateful to have been connected with her! We were moving from out of state and were first-time home-buyers. She walked us through each step of the process and ensured we had the correct information and contacts to assist throughout. We were able to see homes with her and then work successfully remotely to find the perfect option for us. She is a joy to work with, knowledgeable about Charlotte, and will certainly be our first recommendation to anyone else looking for a new home here.

Sylvia is the best real estate agent I have ever known and worked with! She was always kind and really put our best interests first. Her experience was so valuable and helpful every step of the way. She also communicated clearly and always provided updates along the way. Thank you, Sylvia!

I have worked with Sylvia on many real estate transactions over the last 40 years . There is no agent in this Charlotte market that knows more than Sylvia. Whether you are buying or selling her knowledge is second to none. Knowing the contractors and service companies for repairs needed before you sell or after you buy her recommendations for services are always trustworthy and fair priced. She has built a great network of people for any of your needs to buy or sale. Sylvia listens to your wants and needs as a buyer and as a seller she will tell you the true market value of your property which sometimes is not what you want to hear as a seller. Honesty has been what has made Sylvia on of top agents in Charlotte for many years

I would recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a home in Charlotte and surrounding areas. She has a great feel for the market and genuinely cares that you buy a property that is the right fit for you and your family. Communication with Sylvia is easy and she stays in contact with you throughout the entire buying process. Her team responded very quickly when we needed paperwork, or had questions concerning different neighborhood CCRs / bylaws. It was a treat working with Sylvia, and I'll definitely be hiring her for all my future real estate needs.

I wanted a realtor with knowledge of the Sun City Carolina Lakes community. They recommended her. She was extremely helpful and supportive and provided lot of connections for resources and assistance.

Sylvia has been wonderful through the entire process. She has explained and gone over exactly what needed to be done, to all the back and forth with negotiations and finally for what to expect for closing and afterwards. Moving and selling is always stressful so having someone on your side to walk through is invaluable.
