Sylvia has done 3 buying and 3 selling transactions for us while we have lived in Charlotte - and we could not have worked with a better agent! Most recently, we sold our house in order to make an international move. Concerned with the recent slow market movement this spring due to global issues, somehow Sylvia managed to sell our home within 3 days and above asking (and appraisal) price, which was a significant part of making our international move a success. Without question, Sylvia is the best realtor in Charlotte!
