Steven Sotheby's Int'l. agent was very professional. I had the lot on the market for close to a year as a FSBO, lot's of interest but never got an offer. Steven had the lake front property next door listed and contacted me about mine with a combo strategy. That property next door sold on the first day at the open house. I considered listing our property with Steven and 2 months later we did that. It took 4 months to sell our un-built lake front lot at our asking price. We closed on it the 3rd week of April.
