We were so happy to find Steven Weisz to sell our home in Monterey. He is an excellent realtor with a thorough knowledge of the market. We were immediately comfortable with his pleasant demeanor and confident in his ability, guidance and advice. The pricing of our home and marketing strategy were most effective in achieving multiple offers (over asking price) and an efficient, expeditious closing. We highly recommend him!
