At our first meeting Steven suggested we would like Richmond. Did we listen? We looked at many other communities and 6 months later, closed on a wonderful home in Richmond. Steven has a lot of local knowledge, he connected us with contractors and a lawyer who have been great. He guided us through the negotiation and we are confident we got our home at the best price - the price he predicted. Steven also has a good sense of humor which helped make the whole experience easier.
