Nick is a relatively tall man, but exceptionally great Realtor © - he found us the perfect house and negotiated the price down thousands of dollars to get the deal done. His resume alone speaks volumes - an Ivy League degree, a Masters in Education and an MBA. We met Nick Sommer in late February 2025, when we were considering selling the house as-is. Nick came over and checked out the property, and gave us his offer, which was much lower than I expected, and not worth proceeding with.A few days later, after discussing it, we decided to sell the house outright, and use Long & Foster as our real estate company, with Nick as our agent.We first decluttered and cleaned the house and got it in house showing shape. The house was put on the market officially on Monday, March 24, and we had an offer by Wednesday of that week.All along, through the entire process, from the house showings, and acting as "go-between" the buyer's agent and us, Nick was extremely informative, pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and available to us, despite our occasional confusion with some aspects of the process.I don't anticipate having to sell another home in my future, but if anyone reading this review does need a great agent to handle their house sale, or any of your family or friends need one, I highly recommend agent Nick Sommer of Long & Foster.
