Just sold my condo with Nick Sommer as my agent. I can't recommend Nick enough! He is professional, thoughtful, responsive, thorough, steady, and very patient. If you are looking for an agent to sell or buy a property with, he's your guy. No shenanigans, everything is above board. Two thumbs up!
