We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicholas Sommer in the recent search and acquisition of our new home! From sent searches to settlement, Nick was thorough, knowledgeable, and communicative. There was no doubt we selected our perfect Realtor! From Center City to Delaware/ Montgomery /Buck/Chester Counties and back down the shore, if you’re looking for property, Nick is your guy! You will be glad you did! Nick, thank you again for helping us navigate the housing market and explaining the in’s and out’s along the way! We are so grateful to have your guidance and to be in our gorgeous new home!
