Mary Taylor was an ideal agent and partner as she and I navigated the sale of my folks’ house at 341 Housatonic River Road in Salisbury. I felt always that I was in expert hands; she was communicative, plain-spoken, determined and kind. We had a few adventures along the way, and I was always grateful that Mary helped me navigate the terrain in a sometimes-tricky market. Mary also went above and beyond, helping facilitate some endeavors when I couldn’t be on the ground in Connecticut. All’s well that ends well, and we found terrific new owners. It was a good experience, and I’ll always be grateful that I had her by my side. We were an ideal team, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

I could not have found a better agent than Mary Taylor. She explained her strategy in a clear manner using recent sales in my area as examples. She was always available for a consult. She got me top dollar with multiple offers for my house. The deal almost blew up, but it was Mary who came up with the solution. She even helped me pack and stage a tag sale! I can't say enough about Mary Taylor and William Pitt/Julia B Fee Sotheby's except you are in exceptionally good hands

Our experience working with Mary Taylor was fantastic. She educated us on the a pretty complex region real estate wise (not to mention on simply owning a house and property, we'd only lived in apartments before) but was also in no rush or pushy in any way -- actually she cautioned us a few times when we were overly enthusiastic. We're thrilled with the result and so grateful to her for all the attention and care she put into finding just the right home for us!

Our agent, Mary Taylor, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, super-responsive when issues came up, very client-oriented. Having said all that, the only reason I didn't give this a 10 rating is because the seller's agent was also a realtor in this office. Mary handled this very professionally and was totally transparent about it, but I feel, it is never the best/right situation to have that type of potential conflict. Given the community, size of the office, I suspect this is more than just a one-off situation...

Mary Taylor was great!

Mary Taylor was great

Mary Taylor is an excellent realtor--savvy, smart, honest, organized. She was a pleasure to work with and I am grateful for her advice, kindness, patience, and understanding. She marketed and priced our home correctly, and the photography that she oversaw was stunning. The house received very strong interest and bids significantly over the ask within a week and a half. She guided the inspection process and was willing and available to be at the house whenever contractors were there, both inside and outside. She was very careful to monitor whomever entered the house with her (she was the only realtor who had our key) and ensured that our floors, furniture, and the house in general were kept in good condition. Mary went above and beyond what I believe many other realtors would do!

Mary was very knowledegable and helpful!
