Mary Taylor was an ideal agent and partner as she and I navigated the sale of my folks’ house at 341 Housatonic River Road in Salisbury. I felt always that I was in expert hands; she was communicative, plain-spoken, determined and kind. We had a few adventures along the way, and I was always grateful that Mary helped me navigate the terrain in a sometimes-tricky market. Mary also went above and beyond, helping facilitate some endeavors when I couldn’t be on the ground in Connecticut. All’s well that ends well, and we found terrific new owners.
