Our house hunt started off wonderful with us finding the perfect home on only the second house we looked at. Then came the nightmare of going with the wrong bank. Long story short; after three months of dealing with the bank only to get a denial because they didn't accept the appraisal we went with Real Estate Mortgage Network which Kathy recommended and we closed in less than 30 days. Kathy basically had to do everything twice with our first home purchase, but never once did she complain and always maintained a positive attitude.
