Kathy is a wonderful Realtor. Words cannot describe how knowledgeable she is about the Sarasota/Bradenton area. She is honest, persistent and treats you like she would want to be treated. She understood our needs and was very understanding to them. Kathy will let you know the past and present future of pricing and what exactly will work and why or why not. Kathy had sold our home much higher than any other sales in the neighborhood. We never had any problems getting a hold of Kathy with questions or concerns we may have had. She always contacted us right away with answers. Hands down, we made the right decision. Kathy is very professional, knowledgeable and we would definitely use her as our Realtor again. We would also recommend her to any of our friends or relatives.
