From the moment we met Kathy Marlowe we knew that our dream of finding the right home was going to happen. Kathy put all of our anxieties to rest. She quickly understood what we were looking for, and from there she went to work. Her insight and opinion were invaluable as we narrowed down our choices. Much of this was done long distance as we were moving from Ohio. When it came to contract time, we really felt that Kathy was watching out for us. We not only feel we got a fair deal, but the items she thought to add to the contract were things that we would never have thought to include. Kathy also has great resources and put us in contact with all the right people. I am writing this as I look out the back of my lanai, enjoying a picture perfect day.
