I have known Deborah for a number of years through the Butler County Republican Party, The Community Foundation of West Chester/Libert Townships, and in my real estate office - Sibcy Cline Realtors. Deborah is laways ready to jump in and help and organize.  She is very generous in giving of her time and talents for the betterment of all organizations she has an allegiance with....which are many!  Her outgoing personality is contagious and uplifting to all she comes in contact with. Dear Kathy Rambo,   I just wanted to take a few minutes to write this letter and let you know why i think Deborah Tausch is a really outstanding person and derving of being nominated for the position of :Woman of Excellence."   Since I've known her, for more years than I need to mention, she has been constantly involved in volunteer work within the community.  Some of the projects to include Fort Hamilton Hospital, Chamber Business Expos, Chamber Golf Outings & the Union Centre Blast Festival, just to name a few.   In my business dealings with her, she has referred my company for many jobs and has been very pleasant to work with.   This past year my husband's family suffered the loss of their parent and needed help in liquifying his estate which was in a great state of neglect.  Debbie took on the challenge of organizing the family to facilitate getting repairs done so that the property would show appropriately.  It took many months of advice and patience from her in order to get the job done.  At the end of the project, the whoel family was very pleased with how she handled everything.    I could write page after page of all the nice things that she has done for people over the years but I feel that this will give you some idea of why I think she deserves this award. Besides the fact... That many years ago when we were growing up on the farm, we had to sleep in an unheated bedroom.  Debbie was so sweet and concerned about me being cold.  She would go to bed before me and warm my side of the bed.  Pretty great for being the "little" sister. I have known and I have been a friend of Debbie/s for around 40 years.  She has always had a kind heart and a love of being involved in her community, both as a realtor and as a member of various organizations.  Debbie has always valued her friendships. Debbie has been nominated for various positions in the past, and she certainly is deserving of this award.  She is very trustworthy and loyal. We can go through life and meet hundreds, sometimes thousands of people, and we may not become close friends with very many.  Debbie has been and will always be a close friend.  It has been a privilege knowing her.  I hope she receives this award. Hello Kathy, I want to nominate Debbie Tausch for Women of Excellence. Over the years I have watched Debbie give her time and talents whenever and where ever she was needed.  She was an active participant in helping over the years with the Community Foundation and served on the committee.  My husband and I have been a host home for 11 years at the Annual Key Event.  At times it can be very trying and a lot of work getting ready but well worth it.  I have met the most wonderful people from this experience and feel so lucky.  My helper called in sich the day before the Event suggested that I call Debbie.  I asked her if she could help out and she said certainly.  DShe arrived on time and even brought someone else with her that could help out.  It made for a fun evening not only for our guests but for us as well. Debbie has worked at the Republican Headquarters on short notice and addressed envelopes and helped out whenever they needed help.  She also helped my husband, T.C. when he was running for Commissioner, addressing envelopes and signing in guests and attending the events. Debbie Tausch has always supported Reach Out Lakota and found time to decorate the Sibcy Cline table and rally the troops to attend. I know Debbie has and always will be there to do whatever needs to be done to help out our Community.  I find people like these the kind of people to honor and know.  They are always there wanting to help whenever they can.  I know she has done so much more but I just wanted to share my experiences. Hello Selection Committee,  I've known Debbie for about 20 years.  She's a great person and you see her everywhere. She's always volunteering to be part of something going on.  Just today I saw her at a grand opening for Jobs Plus in Middletown. Debbie has been a great asset to the community with her involvement! She has a cheerful heart and uplifting to those around her!

Women of Excellence 2016 Nomination od Debbie Tausch September 15, 2016 Dear Selection Committee:  It has been my pleasure to know Debbie Tausch for many, many years.  I run into Debbie at almost every event I attend...Chamber events, Community Foundation Events, Power of the Purse Events the list continues on and on. Debbie is not someone who is always leading the charge.  She is the person behind the scenes...the person that everyone who is "out front" relies upon to tget the job done.  She is a worker and a constant in every organization...always there to lend her support financially, to do any task required and in spreading the word and encouraging her friends to participate. Debbie is also very thoughtful.  She is the one who surprises you with a gift that has such meaning and a history that is only important to you.  That takes someone who pays attention to detail and truly knows what is important to her friends,  She is always there for those who need her...any time...anywhere. Whenever I need a smart and trusted community member to be inserted into a committee or solve a proble, Debbie comes to my mind.  She is known and loved by all.  I am so very proud to call her my friend.   Debbie is an outstanding person in our community who services the community in her everyday job and career and in outreach to the community with various organizations.  Some of the organizations include:  Ambassador for West Chester Chamber Alliance, Government Affairs, Served on planning division of United Way, Instrumental on the key event, Power of the Purse and Women's Ideas Network for the Community Foundation of West Chester/Liberty, Board member of the Rotary 03, Board 04-07 Lead Consortium, involved in Go Red for Women Love Your Heart, participant in West Chester Coalition on Aging and membership chair 06-07 for the Merchants of Union Centre Association which she recently actively helped in making a big success.    Debbie is so diversified it is difficult to pinpoint her primary contribution to the community, but without hesistation I'd say her willingness to undertake whatevere is needed whenever there is a need in our community.  Debbie is first to step up to the plate.   She has received many awards for her achievements along the way, but her impressive resume and knowledge of this community is vast and widespread, while her talents are diversified.  She has been recognized in her career as a relocation specialist, a member of the Top Club of Realtors, the Office listing and Leader and Sterling Club.  She has chaired Homerama and Kindervelt Adopt-A-Family.  She received the Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum parking Engineer Award.   Her favorite quote from Helen Keller, "When you do the best you can, you never know what miracle is wrought in your life, or in the life of another."   Debbie is very passionate in helping people as well as families, has a proven record of successes and deserves to be nominated a Woman of Excellence!
