Women of Excellence 2016 Nomination od Debbie Tausch September 15, 2016 Dear Selection Committee:  It has been my pleasure to know Debbie Tausch for many, many years.  I run into Debbie at almost every event I attend...Chamber events, Community Foundation Events, Power of the Purse Events the list continues on and on. Debbie is not someone who is always leading the charge.  She is the person behind the scenes...the person that everyone who is "out front" relies upon to tget the job done.  She is a worker and a constant in every organization...always there to lend her support financially, to do any task required and in spreading the word and encouraging her friends to participate. Debbie is also very thoughtful.  She is the one who surprises you with a gift that has such meaning and a history that is only important to you.  That takes someone who pays attention to detail and truly knows what is important to her friends,  She is always there for those who need her...any time...anywhere. Whenever I need a smart and trusted community member to be inserted into a committee or solve a proble, Debbie comes to my mind.  She is known and loved by all.  I am so very proud to call her my friend.
