Dear Kathy Rambo,   I just wanted to take a few minutes to write this letter and let you know why i think Deborah Tausch is a really outstanding person and derving of being nominated for the position of :Woman of Excellence."   Since I've known her, for more years than I need to mention, she has been constantly involved in volunteer work within the community.  Some of the projects to include Fort Hamilton Hospital, Chamber Business Expos, Chamber Golf Outings & the Union Centre Blast Festival, just to name a few.   In my business dealings with her, she has referred my company for many jobs and has been very pleasant to work with.   This past year my husband's family suffered the loss of their parent and needed help in liquifying his estate which was in a great state of neglect.  Debbie took on the challenge of organizing the family to facilitate getting repairs done so that the property would show appropriately.  It took many months of advice and patience from her in order to get the job done.  At the end of the project, the whoel family was very pleased with how she handled everything.    I could write page after page of all the nice things that she has done for people over the years but I feel that this will give you some idea of why I think she deserves this award. That many years ago when we were growing up on the farm, we had to sleep in an unheated bedroom.  Debbie was so sweet and concerned about me being cold.  She would go to bed before me and warm my side of the bed.  Pretty great for being the "little" sister.
