Wes has always been very helpful when looking for homes. He sees the small things that most people miss. He also has great contacts to help with fixing things after the purchase and before the sale.
I live in California and the property that Wes sold for me was in Plano, TX. There were quite a few complications caused by that alone and he made dealing with all of them a lot easier.
Wes Ashworth was excellent , I am out of the country and all the transaction was done over the phone and mails, I trusted him in all the aspects and at all the time, I 've working with him from long time and I will recommended him without a doubt.
I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge.
Wes was my property manager since I placed the property on the market to rent back in 2008 and was excellent in managing the property during this time. The transition from renting to selling was seamless as the property had a cash offer within 2 days and closed within 2 weeks.
