Working with Karen Rutherford, was an Exceptional experience all around! She is extremely, knowledgeable about her local markets. She is kind, empathetic, & willing to go the extra mile. We had moved to another city 5 hrs away. Karen, did her best to maintain our house, loads of flowers, & plants throughout the scorching, hot, dry, & unforgiving, Texas summer. Not to mention, all the other hiccups that popped up, with Karen, everything was handled seamlessly . By the time, our house was on the market, we entered a buyers’ market. We listened to her sage advice, & actually, the house went under contract in 5 months. We closed at 6 months. The buyers’ market had become a stalled market. We consider ourselves extremely, lucky, & I know we couldn’t have done it without, Karen. We actually, bought that home almost 20 years ago with Karen, as a realtor. I know I wouldn’t trust anyone else!!

Great experience. Trisa kept me organized and informed. I was selling my current home, repairing things from the inspection, moving into a temporary apartment, while building/designing a new home. This was a lot to manage so it was wonderful knowing that Trisa was right there keeping me organized and informed. I also appreciate how well she calmed me when i became overly stressed. She didn't have to help me, but she found another realtor willing to work with her, figured out a way to get it sold, and that realtor helped me find my own little house. I never forgot it. When my husband and I needed to sell our Colleyville house, her name was the first one I thought of. I emailed her, not sure she'd even remember me, and she wrote right back: "OMG, it's so good to hear from you!" We met up in person and I got the best hug. She remembered everything. She's an amazing human who puts herself out there for other people all the time. I'd trust her with any house sale.
