This is our second purchase with Wade and he's been there as we've moved through out our life moments (first home purchase and no growing family). Would recommend Wade to all of our friends (and actually have!) and can't wait to continue to work with him and also Jeff Iwashita in the future. Both are amazing!

Ahhhhh - I forgot to mention that in a long run he also saved me a ton of money when he didn't let me back out of trying to save a few hundred dollars for my home warranty purchase ... I would have been out a lot over that first year!
