Paz was awesome. She went above and beyond to help close on my house. She really made me feel like I was her priority. Would love to work with her again!

Our family recently had the pleasure of working with Lindsey Itamoto to purchase a condominium on Oahu. We met Lindsey by chance through a good friend of ours, who also happened to be a real estate agent. During our chance meeting they were discussing the sale of his condominium, and it was immediately obvious to us that Lindsey was a knowledgeable real estate professional with an abundance of positive energy. After that “chance” meeting we knew that we wanted Lindsey to be part of our journey to purchase a property. Lindsey was completely dedicated and worked tirelessly with us throughout the whole process. She is a strong negotiator, and she always looked out for our interests. From start to finish it was a pure pleasure to work with her. Purchasing a condominium on Oahu was a stressful and emotional process for our family and often made more stressful by ourselves. When we started this journey, we had no idea that there were so many factors to take into consideration, especially with an older building (age, fire sprinklers and alarms, future assessments, leak history, reserves, home inspections, future potential …). With a new building there were less concerns, but the listing price was usually higher. During this process we were so glad to have Lindsey to lean on. Lindsey knew what our needs were and was able to candidly discuss with us the pros and cons of the many properties we looked at until we made our final decision. Besides her professionalism and knowledge Lindsey showed immense patience, understanding, and caring to our whole family. Throughout our journey Lindsey went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of from timelines to closing she did not miss a beat. Even post-closing Linsdey reached out to us with valuable information on the property we purchased. We cannot say enough about Lindsey. She is just awesome! We will not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family. If we have any future property sales or purchases, we will ask Lindsey to work with us again. Thank you, Lindsey, for your professionalism, candor, friendship and for being the kind and caring person that you are.

I tried selling my condo in a tough market (Shaky economy, high interest rates), and for over 8 months I got no offers! But Sean Santoki and his colleague, Shea Suzumoto, stuck by me and did their best to sell the unit until finally I got an offer that I accepted! For their determination and efforts to help me sell the unit, even through a difficult market, I highly recommend Sean and Shea to help you sell your property!

Paz is Amazing! From day one when we decided to sell our home, she held our hand the whole way through the process. Especially during the times of uncertainty if selling was still the right thing to do. We are forever grateful for her. We know that when it’s our time to be a buyer, she’ll be the right realtor to work with. She is trusted, reliable and goes above and beyond.

My daughter Cheryl and I could not ask for someone more precious than Stephanie. We will undoubtedly consult Stephanie in all future transactions.

Lore is AMAZING!!! We’re really thankful that she was referred to us. We couldn’t have made it through this whole experience without her! She’s the real MVP!!!

Always be there when I need help or questions, I 👍
