Wade was fantastic. This was an estate court ordered land sale in two counties. After multiple extensions Wade made it happen. Multiple issues arose that he took care of. Wade is an amazing realtor. He has helped me from the beginning of the process until the end of the process and beyond! I have my dream home because of Wade’s diligence. Wade has an easy-going, relatable style that meets people where they are at. He answered all of my questions along the way and always made himself available. Another thing I really appreciated was that he didn’t make up or guess at answers to my questions. He was always willing to check with the listing agent, his professional contacts (in fencing, home inspections, title company, home painters, etc.), or even the County to ensure I had accurate information. Even after closing on my home, while I was still out of state, Wade continued to be a valuable resource as I worked through some home repairs from a distance. Wade was really great. I originally reached out to him just sell my house because I was interested in moving closer to work. He had a contract on it within a week! Price point, pictures, and listing were all perfect. I was shocked and extremely happy. While my house was under contract I had a few life changes I was no longer leaving the area.
