Wade was really great. I originally reached out to him just sell my house because I was interested in moving closer to work. He had a contract on it within a week! Price point, pictures, and listing were all perfect. I was shocked and extremely happy. While my house was under contract I had a few life changes I was no longer leaving the area. Initially I was only interested in renting. I could tell Wade was really paying attention to what I was looking for and where I really wanted to be because by the time we were at rental house #3 he told me about a house I would like, in the neighborhood I’ve always wanted to be in, however, it was for sale only. He got me in to see it that same day and I now live in my dream house in my dream location! Wade was so accommodating and kind. The last thing I wanted to add was the stress of buying a home, yet, there I was. He made that entire process easier and more pleasant than I could have ever imagined. I am 100% sure he had my best interest at heart. I could not trust him more. He also provided contacts for my loan and home inspector. The trust I had with Wade is the reason I asked him who I should use. They both made me feel exactly the same way. Everyone he uses is knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. He is an amazing realtor and he surrounds himself with a team that is just as great as he is. I could not be more thankful to him.
