However, due to the flat fee of $335, I will not recommend ReeceNichols to others. I will recommend Tony but be completely transparent about the fee and advise them to seek other companies that do not charge the fee as well.
We heard Tony from a colleague at work who had worked with Tony to get their house, from their words Tony was patient and down-to-earth. We decided to give him a try and asked him to be our agent. From my consumer perspective, Tony is very knowledgeable in current housing market and what makes a good investment while purchasing a new house. He is excellent in communicating the status of contract, answering any doubts we had regarding specifics ranging from a small mistake in offer addendum to a term in inspection report. But beware, he could be very adamant when it comes to urging you not to spend money on overpriced real estates, so if you got a wife who's eager to move into a shiny new house disregarding the price tag on it, you probably have a hard time finding a perfect match!
