We are satisfied with Tony Song’s work and assistance. As first time homebuyers his help and guidance were very valuable. He put our interests first. However, due to the flat fee of $335, I will not recommend ReeceNichols to others. I will recommend Tony but be completely transparent about the fee and advise them to seek other companies that do not charge the fee as well.
