My experience with the Ricci could get high than 5 stars. They went way beyond what I could have expected from a realty group. They listened, they knew better than me what I wanted and directed me. Taking the first step is very difficult especially if you have been in a home and settled for many years. The cons for a move out weighed the pros. With their help I moved forward to a much happier place. Downsizing is not easy they helped with that also. Every step of the way the Ricci group was there assisting. I have and I will recommend them to everyone who is considering a change with the status quo.
