Tim was great! From day 1, Tim listened intently to what we wanted. He showed us different communities and homes to help ensure we knew our options & preferences. Once that was set, he was patient as we went through a few offers that were not accepted to get us to our home purchase. His advice, knowledge and customer focus was exactly what we needed.
