Therese helped us buy our condo in Jamestown. She has a vast experience in real estate market and very knowledgable with rules and regulations. She is methodical and very thorough. First and foremost, I am not paid to write this review. Pls trust every word in this statement. If you want to buy a house, you should definitely go to Therese. She is not only knowledgeable, trustworthy, fast-acting, but also she is on your side. Therese considers customer’s need and never pushed me to make rush decision. This is quite precious in market now, some agents just want to make quick money. My house searching was over 1 year long and she never rushed me. Finally, due to some urgent family issues, I had to purchase a house as soon as possible. I called Therese and told her my needs, she compiled a list of target houses within a couple of hours. We visited the house next day and the offer was accepted within one week. From the time I asked help to I moved in the house, it was only one month. Therese cooperated with every party closely: listing agent, loan officer and house inspector etc. These efforts contributed to fast and smooth progress in my house purchase. My words can not express my appreciation fully. She has high morals in her work!!!
