Terrence has handled three of our real estate transactions and we are extremely happy with all of them. He is a master at prepping homes to get the highest price possible to include getting everything repaired and staging the home with beautiful, well thought out furniture. Terrence has a thorough process for getting homes ready for sale and it works! The last condo we sold went for nearly $40,000 over asking price.
