I would highly recommend Joy Pouwels to anyone looking to buy or sell your next home. Joy asked us the right questions to find out our wants and needs in a new home. Joy put in the work needed to line up a number of houses for us to view that fit our wants and needs. After we found the home we wanted Joy made everything very easy to close the deal. I would absolutely use Joy again if we were to move again.

I wanted to share our Sincere thanks to Don Pouwels and his team. They were amazing. Don listed 2 single family rental homes for us in the Green bay area. They were a good distance from our home in Port Washington and we were a little nervous going in. But Don and his team made it so easy and so successful. The paperwork, pix, marketing, tough price negotiations, assisting with excellent contractors before and after inspections and a closing team that just rocked. The teams hard work, experience and professionalism are top notch. Thanks Again Don. CP Port Washington, WI

Working with Joy was a wonderful experience! She listened to what we were looking for and did a great job helping us find it.

It was a pleasure to work with Joy Pouwels on purchasing my new home. Her expertise and knowledge on the entire process helped me more than once when I was getting conflicting information from other parties involved in the purchase. She was always very quick to respond to my questions and requests. I will definitely refer her to all my friends as an awesome realtor. She is definitely five stars!

We started working with Joy approximately 2 years ago. She tirelessly showed us so many homes off and on throughout that time. It took us a while to truly decide it was time to move and we couldn't have chosen a better realtor. Joy has been nothing short of amazing to work with! Her positive energy, professionalism and willingness to do whatever we needed was felt throughout every interaction we have had with her. Every time I sent her a text, she responded immediately. When we waffled, she responded with understanding and compassion. She understood the kind of home we were looking for and kept us informed when something new came on the market that she thought would be a good fit. She eventually helped us find and negotiate the purchase of our new home. Once our offer was accepted, Joy immediately helped us price our existing home optimally, had professional pictures taken and had it listed within a few days. Less than a week later, we received 2 offers on our home that were ABOVE our asking price! We did not have time to worry or stress out. Everything just fell into place beautifully. This was hands down the easiest purchase and home sale we have ever had and we owe it all to Joy. If you are looking for a new home or ready to sell your home, we highly, highly recommend her! Joy was truly a blessing for our family!

The Pouwels Team went out of their way to find us a cute Lake Cottage! We are overjoyed that we are settling into our new "lake life". It would not have happened without their help!

We worked with Joy on the sale of our previous home as well as completing the purchase of our current home. Every step of the way Joy made us feel confident we were getting good advice and being guided expertly through the process. Communication was excellent and we were always prepared for next steps. If you are looking for an experienced, hard working, and very knowledge realtor then look no further.

Our experience with Joy was amazing! She was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She was readily available for us and was great throughout the entire buying process!! We really enjoyed our time with her and she helped us find what we were looking for within our budget and timeframe. If you are looking to buy or sell, Joy is the person you want to call!

It took us nearly 5 years to find our dream home. They actually found exactly what we had been hoping for. The Pouwel team did not make us feel any pressure during these years. They were very supportive and pleasant to work with during the entire time. We would definitely recommend them.

Joy went above and beyond to get our home in Green Bay. She kept in contact with us through out the whole process. When things looked bleak she was there with a pep talk. We found out that our offer had been accepted on a Sunday night from Joy. Joy is a true professional. Thank you.
