We started working with Joy approximately 2 years ago. She tirelessly showed us so many homes off and on throughout that time. It took us a while to truly decide it was time to move and we couldn't have chosen a better realtor. Joy has been nothing short of amazing to work with! Her positive energy, professionalism and willingness to do whatever we needed was felt throughout every interaction we have had with her. Every time I sent her a text, she responded immediately. When we waffled, she responded with understanding and compassion. She understood the kind of home we were looking for and kept us informed when something new came on the market that she thought would be a good fit. She eventually helped us find and negotiate the purchase of our new home. Once our offer was accepted, Joy immediately helped us price our existing home optimally, had professional pictures taken and had it listed within a few days. Less than a week later, we received 2 offers on our home that were ABOVE our asking price! We did not have time to worry or stress out. Everything just fell into place beautifully. This was hands down the easiest purchase and home sale we have ever had and we owe it all to Joy. If you are looking for a new home or ready to sell your home, we highly, highly recommend her! Joy was truly a blessing for our family!
