Steve Pust remains a cut above his colleagues in the real estate industry. His knowledge base and commitment to his vocation are exemplary. He remains a fantastic asset to his profession. In our future real estate opportunities we will always utilize Steve as our agent.

Steve was excellent at answering all of our questions and providing his opinion based on his many years of experience. Our best interests were always at the forefront of our house buying experience. First time home buying can be overwhelming, but Steve helped make the process as easy as possible for us.

Very likely

I had an amazing purchase experience. Steve took care of all of the issues that came up with the house I purchased and made sure I understood the ramifications. He is someone I would wholeheartedly recommend.

We have been searching for the right home for our family for roughly two years and Steve was there for us every step of the way. When we finally found the right home, Steve was able to sell our home in a matter of days for a great price. I would recommend Steve to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

We put an offer out on a new home, and once it was accepted Steve helped us sell our home in just a few days! We appreciate his efficiency and the hard work he put into helping us make it happen!

We've worked with many agents over the years and I can say without a doubt Steve was fantastic for us. We enlisted him right before Covid hit and because of that our search ended up taking years instead of weeks. Four long years, to be exact. But Steve stuck with us the entire way, through all the ups and downs and near misses. Not to mention that we were picky and probably would have driven off most agents. Steve never wavered, never got frustrated. Just kept working to find us a home. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. Not just the selling and buying but other important areas as well - such as signs of concerning issues (flooding, building codes, poor construction, etc.). I found that to be very valuable. He saw things that we didn't see and alerted us to them. For example - where work had been previously done. Maybe a repair of an area (water damage), or a reconfiguration of the house (wall removed/added, etc.). He knows all the signs of trouble (past or present) and he also knows the signs of a good, solid home. He was always honest and let us know what he saw, both good and bad. Many times he pointed out items of concern, things we wouldn't have known or seen ourselves. All the while, he never forced anything on us, just gave us the honest facts and let us decide. We toured more than our share of crummy, run-down homes. Plenty of properties that needed "TLC" as they like to put it. As in - "tens of thousands of dollars of TLC". Never once did Steve say "hey! this is really nice!!" He would always let us know the amount of work it would need. That was hugely refreshing after our other experiences. To me, it's a trait of someone who wants to help you find your home, not someone who's just looking to make a quick commission. I also appreciated that he didn't try to deceive us. We asked tons of questions, most of them he answered, but if he didn't know the answer - he'd say so. He didn't lie and make something up. Bottom line - he did a tremendous job for us and we are incredibly grateful for all his hard work. We likely drove him crazy and I wouldn't have blamed him for bailing on us, but he never did. His sole focus for the entire four year search was simply to find us a home we'd be happy with. Great experience and we'd absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of an agent. Can't thank him enough.

I had an excellent experience while working with Steve Pust to sell my house. I feel very lucky to have found such a great realtor to help me through this. From start to finish, the whole process went very smoothly. Steve’s experience was especially helpful in this more unpredictable real estate market. He helped me determine the best time to put the house on the market and the starting price. He had sound reasons that supported his strategy, which gave me great confidence in his approach. He also gave me very specific advice about how to get the house ready for sale, which saved me time in money by avoiding updates and repairs that didn’t need to be done. While the house was on the market, Steve was reliable and easy to work with. He did a great job of marketing the property and getting lots of people out to see it. He kept me informed of what was happening at all times and did so much to make sure it sold for the best possible price. His help and support ensured that the sale closed easily with no issues. I really appreciate Steve’s calm manner and excellent guidance at every step. His knowledge of the real estate market in this area combined with his many years of working with sellers and other real estate agents was of great benefit to me. I can’t say enough great things about Steve. I was extremely impressed with his expertise and also his easygoing style. I strongly recommend using Steve if you need to find an excellent realtor.

I first met Steve Pust in early 2018 and I was very impressed with his frank and friendly approach. Though we stopped our search then due to personal reasons, I went back to him gladly when we were ready in 2022. His approach was still the same. As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of help and Steve was very helpful in every step of our process. Thanks a lot Steve for helping us buy our first home!
