I had an excellent experience while working with Steve Pust to sell my house. I feel very lucky to have found such a great realtor to help me through this. From start to finish, the whole process went very smoothly. Steve’s experience was especially helpful in this more unpredictable real estate market. He helped me determine the best time to put the house on the market and the starting price. He had sound reasons that supported his strategy, which gave me great confidence in his approach. He also gave me very specific advice about how to get the house ready for sale, which saved me time in money by avoiding updates and repairs that didn’t need to be done. While the house was on the market, Steve was reliable and easy to work with. He did a great job of marketing the property and getting lots of people out to see it. He kept me informed of what was happening at all times and did so much to make sure it sold for the best possible price. His help and support ensured that the sale closed easily with no issues. I really appreciate Steve’s calm manner and excellent guidance at every step. His knowledge of the real estate market in this area combined with his many years of working with sellers and other real estate agents was of great benefit to me. I can’t say enough great things about Steve. I was extremely impressed with his expertise and also his easygoing style. I strongly recommend using Steve if you need to find an excellent realtor.
