He listed and understood my needs and requirements and even went outside his usual territory to accommodate my interest in properties in Dutchess and Ulster Counties in New York. Once I targeted a property Steve provided astute guidance and helped ease the tedious process of inspections, review of the reaults, appraisals, negotiations and provision of documents.
