William Pitt Realty was recommended by a long time resident of Litchfield county. I was so fortunate to work with Steve Pener. He listed and understood my needs and requirements and even went outside his usual territory to accommodate my interest in properties in Dutchess and Ulster Counties in New York. Once I targeted a property Steve provided astute guidance and helped ease the tedious process of inspections, review of the reaults, appraisals, negotiations and provision of documents. He also helped get practical answers to questions on the property, and vendors. It was a great partnership. It’s too bad I don’t buy properties more often because I would definitely love to work with Steve again.
