Steve Tynan managed to sell my fixer-upper property under par time for the market and within 95% of my original asking price. He's efficient, reliable, and he will give you a solid evaluation of your sale prospects with strategies to achieve a sale. If you're looking to sell fast, you have realistic expectations as to price, and you're willing to negotiate (within reason) with potential buyers, Steve is your agent. A+ phenomenal work, would list with Steve and Dickson Realty again!

Steve was absolutely phenomenal. He has a perfect balance of professionalism and personal connection that makes you know that he truly cares about helping you with what you need done. As a first time home buyer, he made me feel comfortable and informed through the entire process and made sure I understood the answers to all my questions. And most importantly, he never gave up. We spent months searching and he always kept me reassured, even when we had flop after flop. I will absolutely recommend him to any of my local friends if they're going to take the next steps into home buying.

Throughout our home buying and sales process, Stephen Tynan was incredibly communicative. They promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Their ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful.

Steve was amazing! I looked for a house for months, and he was always patient and encouraging with the process. He listened to what I wanted and was always available for my (many!) questions. He had wonderful knowledge of the real estate market, and I found his input to be invaluable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy/sell property.

Steve did and absolutely amazing job helping us sell our house. He made us feel as if we were his number one priority. He worked very hard to ensure the transition was easy. He is a great communicator and kept us very informed of what was going on.

Stephen Tynan is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. I sold my home with him recently, and I was impressed by how proactive he was every step of the way. He put a lot of time and effort into helping me sell the house—he came up with new strategies as the market started to change, but always went over them with me to make sure I felt comfortable implementing them. He was also helpful in the most fundamental ways, always staying in contact and returning my calls. He even helped came over to my home to help with weeding when I got COVID. Every month he sent me a report about what was happening in the market and went over it with me, and implications for the sale of my home. He's respectful and conscientious, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Stephen was extremely helpful during my home buying process. Even in a tough market, he always sent me different options and was able to meet me after work to look at properties. In the end, he helped me find the perfect home. Thanks for all the help and I would recommend his services to anyone in the Northern Nevada area!

Steve was an excellent real estate agent that helped me navigate the buying process. He helped me make a competitive offer that got me into my first home in a crazy market.

My husband and I were fortunate to have Steve Tynan represent us in the quick sale of our home. Steve was helpful in many ways during this process. He was knowledgeable of the volatile home prices in Reno and helped us establish a fair price for our property. He also helped us by getting professional photos of our home online which was an extremely effective tool for getting exposure for our property. He had an arsenal of resources which he readily shared with us. He had a team come over just prior to getting our home on the active market and they were able to move many items to the garage which detracted from showing our home at it’s best. He also knew an EXCELLENT house cleaner and she truly made the property SHINE. These are just a few of the reasons our home sold above asking price on the first day it became available. We highly recommend Steve Tynan!

Steve was exceptionally professional, approachable and skilled. He was also flexible and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with not only the price, but the entire process. Highly recommend!
