Stephen Tynan is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. I sold my home with him recently, and I was impressed by how proactive he was every step of the way. He put a lot of time and effort into helping me sell the house—he came up with new strategies as the market started to change, but always went over them with me to make sure I felt comfortable implementing them. He was also helpful in the most fundamental ways, always staying in contact and returning my calls. He even helped came over to my home to help with weeding when I got COVID. Every month he sent me a report about what was happening in the market and went over it with me, and implications for the sale of my home.
