Stephanie is the most capable and experienced realtor we’ve ever worked with, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. From the start, she took the time to truly understand what we were looking for—not just in terms of budget and location, but how we wanted to live in the space. She consistently brought thoughtful insights and perspectives that we wouldn’t have considered on our own, which made a real difference in our buying decision. Stephanie is also exceptional at guiding you through the process. Real estate transactions come with a lot of paperwork, but she has a talent for clearly explaining each document and its purpose, making everything feel straightforward and manageable. Her expertise, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs made the entire experience smooth and successful. We felt confident every step of the way thanks to Stephanie.

As first time home buyers, Stephanie made the experience seamless. Stephanie is knowledgeable, trustworthy and a wonderful individual to work with. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Stephanie was a HUGE help to us as we sold our first home! She put our minds at ease, explained the processes to us with clarity, and even helped us manage the steps in between contract and closing!! So grateful for her expertise, knowledge of the market and expectations pre and post contract! Looking to buy or sell? Definitely call Stephanie Turner!

We had a very challenging and constantly changing market to work within while selling our home. The home was certainly not for everyone but Stephanie was patient, resourceful and proactive throughout the entire process. She was always available even when she was on vacation to assist us through upgrading and making good recommendations on what we should do and what we could hold off on in order to sell. She is an expert in the Grapevine Colleyville area and all the challenges we ran into. Her professionalism, patience and high quality marketing was key for our sale. I am also proud to call her my friend. Thank you Stephanie.

Stephanie is the best! She helped my husband and me find our very first home, and we couldn’t be more thankful. She’s the perfect mix of positive and real, and it’s so clear how much she cares. She’s become a friend to us through the process, always checking in and sharing helpful resources along the way. We honestly feel so lucky we got to work with her!

Stephanie’s depth of knowledge about every aspect of real estate from market analysis to getting our home ready allowed our house to sell in eight days in the middle of one of the worst housing markets in decades. Her understanding of the inspection process and her attention to detail helped us address potential problems before they could become stumbling blocks for buyers. We also valued her practical, cost-effective suggestions for addressing these issues and local contacts who were able to complete work quickly at a reasonable price. As if that were not enough, Stephanie’s timely communications made us feel like insiders to the process. She seemed to anticipate our questions or anxieties and reached out proactively with information that kept us informed every step of the way. My husband and I have bought or sold eleven houses in our lifetime, but Stephanie is the first realtor we felt earned every penny of her commission and more. We highly recommend her to anyone who is considering selling or buying a home.

Our experience with our agent Stephanie was above and beyond the professionalism we were expecting. She has extraordinary knowledge, experience, communication skills and responsiveness. Able to solve (or calm) any issues, concerns or twists and turns. She//we were also able to utilize the input of the Ebby team when needed which was great bonus.

Stephanie is truly one of the best agents that we have had the privilege of working with. She has guided us through both sides of buying and selling! She helped us buy when the market was “weird,” and she helped us sell during a time when the market was great. We are empty nesters now, so we needed to downsize and wanted to get a good deal, but we had a lot to do beforehand……but Stephanie guided us through that season. She was professional, caring, patient, and understanding all at the same time! One of her best qualities was listening to what our concerns were, and then providing the BEST advice to get the BEST deal possible. She was prompt, available, and was always a step ahead of us in knowing the best way to stage and repair. Her strategy was spot on! I knew because of our first experience with her that all we needed to do was trust her, take her advice, and sit back and watch her do her thing! We were AMAZED out our outcome with the recent selling of our house!! We will ALWAYS choose Stephanie Turner for all of our real estate needs!

Stephanie was amazing, and I would highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable, and extremely professional. She was very patient explaining documents, procedures and options. She has great customer service skills- returns calls and emails VERY quickly. She did a great job communicating during the sales process, and we feel we got more money for our home because of her.

We love working with Stephanie Turner.  She helped us sell and buy our homes.  She goes above and beyond to help her clients reach their real estate goals!  Thank you!
