We had a very challenging and constantly changing market to work within while selling our home. The home was certainly not for everyone but Stephanie was patient, resourceful and proactive throughout the entire process. She was always available even when she was on vacation to assist us through upgrading and making good recommendations on what we should do and what we could hold off on in order to sell. She is an expert in the Grapevine Colleyville area and all the challenges we ran into. Her professionalism, patience and high quality marketing was key for our sale. I am also proud to call her my friend. Thank you Stephanie.
