Sheryl was great help with our recent purchase and sell of our homes. She is very professional and efficient with all the work that goes into selling homes. She went above and beyond when we purchased our new home while we were living in another state.

Sheryl was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She truly understood what we were looking for and went above and beyond every step of the way. From helping us sell our old home to finding our forever home, she made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Sheryl to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She was wonderful in every aspect, and we are so grateful for everything she did for our family. Thank you again, Sheryl! ❤️🏡

Sheryl not only helped us navigate the process of purchasing our families first home, but also undertook the challenge of helping us sell that home only a few years later when we were given a sudden opportunity that required quick relocation. Sheryl exceeded expectations in both responsibilities, and answered any questions we had. She clearly communicated outstanding tasks and potential options we had, while also taking the time to ensure we felt comfortable with the process and our decisions. It is up to the individual to make an informed decision when purchasing a home, but it is reassuring to have someone like Sheryl on your team who will you give honest opinions, perspective, and guidance.

Sheryl went above and beyond to help me find a home and sell my home and even after! She is such a kind soul and a very great realtor to help with much more than was “required” of her to assist with. She was very attentive and always answered calls and texts. Would 1,000 recommend her to anyone!

Outstanding service. No regrets here

Working with Sheryl Ford was a dream. I moved out of state before my house sold and was totally comfortable and confident that Sheryl would handle everything; and she did. Even going to my house to open cabinet doors and leave faucets dripping so my pipes wouldn't freeze. Sheryl kept me abreast of all that was happening and alerted me in advance what the next steps would be throughout the sales process. There are not words enough to describe how incredible my real estate experience with Sheryl Ford was. I recommend her without reservation!

Great very helpful and very good at her job!!

Sheryl was excellent guiding me through buying my first home. She made everything seem easy and smooth.

Sheryl was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Her communication was clear and timely, and she was always positive, accommodating, and willing to show us homes—even with a short notice. We truly appreciated her dedication and professionalism and would highly recommend her.

Sheryl, there are no words to say how much we love you and thank you for everything. Your patience through many years is what gave us the opportunity to take time to make this move. You were kind, loving, and understanding; and we always knew it was sincere. Please tell your daughter that the quilt now has its own very special place, and we know the love that made it. Don't be a stranger. Stop by and see us. Someday we actually might be unpacked! Love, Jane and Ed
