Sheryl not only helped us navigate the process of purchasing our families first home, but also undertook the challenge of helping us sell that home only a few years later when we were given a sudden opportunity that required quick relocation. Sheryl exceeded expectations in both responsibilities, and answered any questions we had. She clearly communicated outstanding tasks and potential options we had, while also taking the time to ensure we felt comfortable with the process and our decisions. It is up to the individual to make an informed decision when purchasing a home, but it is reassuring to have someone like Sheryl on your team who will you give honest opinions, perspective, and guidance.
