I contacted Sheri in December 2024 to sell my property. Right away, she started working hard to assess the property and understand the value I had in my property. She helped me come up with a fair price that would fit the market and the best sellable price i was looking for. Several curve balls came from the buyer that brought a few setbacks in the projected date of sale in March 2025. Sheri's experience in managing these unexpected changes was still able to sell the property a week before the expected date of sale. She was suppotive and thorough throughout the whole process. Sheri was amazing, both when I bought my house four years ago and when I sold it just now. Even though I went out of town she kept checking up on my house, cleaning any dust that might have accumulated, and protecting the pipes against the couple of freezes! She also made herself available to chat anytime I had questions or concerns. 10/10 will use again if I ever happen to need a house in the Dallas area!
