We cannot thank, and recommend, Sheri highly enough. She is easily within the top 5% of professionals we have worked with in any industry, and represents the finest ideals of decency, integrity and work ethic. We would use her again in an instant. This was our first time purchasing a home together as (soon to be) newlyweds. Sheri was incredibly thorough, honest and fun throughout the process. The market continued to be chaotic due to pandemic shifts, but Sheri was a steady force for us throughout, and we could really tell she had our best interests at heart. We never felt pressured by Sheri to bid a certain price, or to offer on a specific home. Instead, she helped us prioritize based on our individual needs, saved us from a few pitfalls, and encouraged us to keep the big picture in mind. Sheri conducted numerous video-walkthroughs for us long-distance, with commentary that was both insightful and funny! We truly never felt that we wasted our time, even on homes that ultimately went no further. We can't emphasize enough how much her decades of experience in Dallas helped -- in such a crazy market, it pays (literally!) to have a calm voice in the storm and to work with someone unintimidated by the latest market trends. While we were initially hesitant to jump into the home-buying process given an upcoming wedding, honeymoon, cross-country relocation, and new job(s), we could not be more thrilled with the end result nor more grateful to Sheri for being the lynchpin holding it all together. Most importantly, through her own example Sheri illuminated what it means to treat people with respect and to really work on their behalf. She is the epitome of servant-mindedness. This is a lesson that transcends the home-buying process, and which we will carry with us in our own careers. So many times we would hang up the phone and say to one another, "Thank God we have Sheri!" We cannot recommend Sheri more strongly and hope to stay in touch for years to come!
