I highly recommend Shannon as an agent when selling your house. She was incredibly helpful, thorough, and kind throughout the entire process. Shannon recommended upgrades to the house that could help it show/sell better and has a clear understanding of what changes have the best return for the investment. She was really patient and spent all the time that was needed to explain and review things and gave a lot of helpful advice throughout. She had great recommendations for staging, inspectors, etc. I really enjoyed working with her! She is also great at finding agreement when you have two (or more) sellers involved who might not agree on everything.

As someone who has trouble focusing, Shannon really helped me stay on task. I always felt that she kept all my work organized. I felt that her experience in real estate sales help point me in small projects that I could tackle in order to drive up my selling price. Shannon takes the stress out of the work of selling your home. I still had to do a lot of work in preparing my home, but Shannon took care off all the roadblocks and all her interpersonal skills made it easy to reach all the people needed in order simplify the sale of my condo.
