Great Service, Scott and Alex are very thoughtful and attention oriented people! They were massively helpful and walked us through each step of the process!
All in all things were good. There was some confusion with the upfront relocation paperwork and timing, but we got through that.
The answers below I marked many as good and not excellent as I am the Relocation Consultant working with my customer. My customer worked more closely with the agent than I didn.
Jeff helped us sell my mother's house after her unexpected death. Not only was he able to get us a great price, but he also knew a lot of vendors to help with making the home market ready. This was especially important as we live out of state.
Elic Suazo was patient, encouraging, and diligent through the almost three years we spent looking for a house. He understood well what we wanted and was on the lookout for upcoming properties. Both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our former property went smoothly. Elic explained the process well and was a reliable source for referrals, plus he’s just a compassionate, sociable, kind person! We will highly recommend Elic to anyone who asks.
Maya helped us buy and sell some houses here in the bay area so when I asked her if she knew anyone who was reputable in Sacramento to help us buy a condo, I was surprised when she told us she could do that too! Even though it was far away from us, she guided us through and we ended up winning a bidding war with her help. We couldn't recommend Maya more. She kept in touch with us, steered us in the right direction and got us a quick close with no hassle. Buying a house is really easy to do with Maya because she has an answer to any question you might have. Even when we waived contingencies to get the condo faster, she still drove up to Sacramento from the bay to check out the property and make sure we were making the right choice. Thank you Maya!
Elic was patient, encouraging, and supportive throughout the three years it took us to find the right house. He explained the processes well and answered all of our questions. Elic had good relationships with other agents and frequently learned of properties about to come on the market. He encouraged us to spend as much time as we needed in houses we considered and went with us to San Rafael when we decided to look there as well as Berkeley, researching that for us. He was personable, knowledgeable, and kind. We enthusiastically recommend Elic.

Seth is an excellent realtor. He is careful and detail-oriented but helps the buyer keeps things moving quickly so there are no missed opportunities. He is exceptionally diligent at follow-through, even as to small items, and he has continued to be helpful for us, even long after the transaction closed. He is well-connect and has helped us connect with all manner of contractors. Seth does not play the "suave and slick" realtor, but unabashedly leans into the "nerdy" side of his personality. This has a disarming effect and makes it feel easier to ask him basic questions, which he is happy to answer. If you are new to the unusual market in the Bay Area and especially Berkeley, I would recommend him highly. He is good at explaining the norms here.
