Sean was great! He led us through the process, kept us very well informed of what was going on and took care of everything (including dumpster diving to clear out things that shouldn't have been in the dumpster, recommending contractors who not only showed up but did great work, and taking a couch that we no longer needed to the dump following the sale). We would highly recommend Sean to anyone buying or selling a home.
Sean was SO helpful in making a difficult situation smooth and easy with two transactions as a seller and buyer. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, unflappable, resourceful in handling all the necessary transactions in an efficient and timely manner. He even helped purchase, install and program my blinds, coordinate construction repairs, install a TV on the wall and personally helped me move. Excellent service. Sean did more than an agent is normally expected to do for the Seller. Such as help organize and clean up the property, obtain contractor bids for the Seller to renovate and improve the property for sale, effectively market the property, and timely advise the Seller of the sale process and documentation through closing.
